Timing belts HTD5M, STD5M and RPP5M represent three different tooth shapes. The tooth shape of HTD5M timing belt is full arc, the tooth shape of STD5M timing belt is flat top semi-circular arc, and the tooth shape of RPP5M timing belt is groove design.

The top of the STD tooth shape is flatter, which helps to reduce the slip between the belt teeth and the timing pulley. It has better stability when bearing heavy loads. It is also called a high-precision and high-torque timing belt.
RPP timing belt belongs to the Ω tooth shape. It is an improved version of the HTD timing belt and the STD timing belt. The groove design of the RPP tooth timing belt improves the flexibility of the timing belt, has a good turning effect, and has unique advantages in noise reduction. It is suitable for high-speed transmission.
