Metal Processing Driven Smooth Or Polished Pulley
Barbieri® Smooth wheel: smooth transmission, low noise, cushioning and vibration absorption, no oil pollution. The smooth wheel does not need to process the tooth profile, and the processing is relatively simple, which can reduce the cost and the delivery time is short. It is generally used in the passive wheel end of the flat belt conveyor or the synchronous belt drive.
Smooth wheel does not need to be machined teeth, the through-hole retaining ring is integrally machined, and the surface is plated with blue zinc.
