Barbieri® Log saw belts for the tissue industry are custom-designed timing belts with grooves. They are made of high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane and have a high-strength steel wire core embedded within. They can be produced according to customer requirements, including pin splice timing belts or open-end timing belts.
Log saws for tissue converting lines are available with custom-made white or red PU grooves. The grooves are integrally molded with the timing belt, ensuring precise guidance and transmission. They feature high bonding strength, cut and tear resistance, and a long service life.
Timing belt with guide groove has a smooth, burr-free guide groove to prevent jamming or localized wear, ensuring smooth operation.
