Extra Wide Polyurethane Timing Belt
Barbieri® Extra wide polyurethane timing belts, with standard open-end belt rolls reaching 100,000 mm in length and widths up to 520 mm; the splicing belts are made by joining open-end belts with teeth, and can be spliced to various lengths and widths according to customer requirements within the processing limits.
Extra wide timing belts can use PAZ fabric on the tooth surface and PAR fabric on the back, or PAZ-PAR fabric (both tooth surface and back) to reduce the coefficient of friction, improve tooth meshing, and reduce noise.
Extra Wide Timing Belt is made with a high-strength aramid core, offering excellent quality, high abrasion resistance, and smooth operation under high loads. (A steel wire core can be selected to meet different application needs.) Various special processing options are available, such as perforation.
