Green sponge/Black foam
Barbieri® Green Sponge and Black Sponge: Sponge-covered timing belts are constructed with sponge applied to the surface of the timing belt. These belts offer excellent shock absorption and cushioning properties and are commonly used for conveying delicate parts or as timing belts for glass double-sided grinding equipment.
Sponge covered timing belts provide smooth transmission, cushioning, and vibration reduction capabilities, while also generating very low operating noise.
Black foam is a low-density rubber sponge with excellent shock absorption and cushioning properties.
Green sylomer is a high-density urethane sponge that resists deformation and is highly wear-resistant, resulting in a longer service life.
