Centering on regulatory categories such as objectives and responsibilities, institutionalized management, education and training, on-site management, safety risk control and hazard identification and rectification, emergency management, and accident management, the company conducts item-by-item screening and review of issues, drives the implementation of rectification, and institutionalizes long-term management measures.
The production workshop continuously improves equipment safety protection devices and updates and installs safety warning signs. In storage areas, material stacking is standardized to ensure fire exits remain unobstructed at all times. Operating procedures for key processes are revised and refined, and the company organizes company-wide training to ensure that safety responsibilities are pressed down to every post and every operational step.
