II. ATN10 and ATN20 Timing Belts with Diamond Nuts
For the needs of quick tooling assembly and disassembly and flexible pitch adjustment, we offer ATN10 and ATN20 timing belts with integrated pre-embedded threaded holes. This timing belt uses a special tooth design, with the belt body integrally formed with pre-drilled diamond or round mounting holes. ATN type synchronous belts allow for quick assembly of various positioning, limiting, and pushing accessories by drilling circular holes and inserting copper or 304 stainless steel nuts, depending on the working conditions. The core advantage of ATN type synchronous belts lies in the ability to freely adjust the position of accessories according to the spacing, and the convenient disassembly and replacement of accessories, flexibly adapting to diverse high-precision positioning conditions.
III. Timing Belt with Nut Cleavers
During the hot-melt welding process of the stop blocks, metal nuts are pre-embedded, allowing the fasteners to deeply integrate with the synchronous belt, forming a single unit. Subsequent installation of positioning accessories eliminates the need for secondary drilling that could damage the belt body; they can be quickly and easily secured with screws, resulting in efficient assembly, precise positioning, and stable operation.
IV. Timing Belt with False Teeth Assembly Solution
A timing belt with false teeth is a timing belt where the existing teeth have been removed and replaced with metal teeth of the corresponding tooth shape. The false teeth serve as a stable mounting base and can accommodate positioning fixtures, limit blocks, push pawls, and other accessories.
